WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A MT SESSION

The healing session takes about 45 minutes and they are done through distance healing. At the time of your session you will go lay down, and use headphones with the meditation audio I send over to you. This meditation has been light encoded with Healing Frequencies. After about 45 minutes, you can then get up slowly, I recommend drinking a glass of water immediately after the session. Everyone experiences the healing energy/vibration/codings differently as it is unique to you.
